This page explains, in plain words, what this website collects about you, why, and what you can do about it.
Who runs this site
Hovik Tamazyan. You can reach me at [email protected].
Visits
When you open the site, I record a simple visit so I can see how many people come and from where. A visit contains:
- a scrambled version of your IP address, made with a secret key so it can’t simply be read back (the address itself is never saved);
- your country, region and city, as estimated by Cloudflare, the service that delivers the site;
- the page you opened and the site you came from (its address without any extra details);
- whether you used a phone or a computer;
- who you are, only if you are already signed in.
The same person is counted once in any 30 minutes. Search-engine robots and similar automatic visitors are not counted.
A few clicks
I also count when someone plays the intro video, saves my contact card, downloads my CV, or clicks one of my social links. Each count stores the kind of click, the page, the time, and the same scrambled IP value as above.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft
You only need to sign in to chat with my AI twin, call it, use Happy you, or book a call with me. You can sign in with Google, or with a work or school Microsoft account. Google tells me your name, email address and profile picture; Microsoft tells me your name and your work email address (your sign-in name). I save them so I know who is talking to me. I never see your Google or Microsoft password. You are also asked to accept this privacy note, and I remember that you did and which version of the text you accepted.
Chats and voice calls
Your chat messages and the transcripts of your voice calls are saved. I read them to see what people ask and to improve the twin. Voice calls run through ElevenLabs, which handles the audio and creates the transcript under its own privacy policy. Chat answers come from OpenAI or Anthropic (I choose which in my settings), under their own policies.
If the twin asks you questions, like your role or what you are building, your answers are saved to your profile so the twin can remember you. I can see them in my back office.
Happy you
If you use Happy you, the photo you upload is sent to OpenAI to create the edited picture, and OpenAI handles it under its own policy. This site does not keep your photo or the result: the result is sent back to you once, so save it if you want it.
Booking a call
When you book a call, I save your name and email address (from your Google or Microsoft sign-in), the time you picked, the topic and the note you wrote, and the language you booked in. I keep the booking so I can see, move or cancel the call.
- Google Calendar: the call is added to my Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, with you as a guest, so Google sends you the invitation. Your name, email, topic and note are in the event.
- Resend sends the booking emails (to you and to me): they contain your name, email, the time, the topic and your note.
- Telegram sends me a short message with the same details when a call is booked, moved or cancelled.
Each of these services handles the details under its own privacy policy.
Recognising your browser and device
Some people try to get around a block or the daily limits by signing in with several accounts. To stop that, after you sign in and accept this note the site recognises your browser and device:
- a random browser ID (it says nothing about you; it only tells me the same browser came back);
- a device fingerprint: a one-way code calculated in your browser from technical details such as screen size, graphics card, time zone, languages and installed fonts. Only the code is sent, never the details themselves, and it can't be turned back into them;
- the scrambled network code already used for visits (never your IP address).
If two accounts look like the same person, they share daily limits, and if one of them is blocked, the other is too. I can see the match and undo it if it's wrong. This only happens for signed-in visitors.
Cookies and similar storage
After you sign in, the site sets a sign-in cookie called sid, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. While Google or Microsoft sign-in is in progress, it also sets a short-lived cookie (10 minutes) to protect the sign-in from forgery. After you accept this note, the site also keeps the random browser ID described above, in a cookie called did (up to 400 days) and a copy in your browser's storage. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare also gives me anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics for the site. The public site stores nothing else in your browser.
How long I keep things
- Visits and clicks are deleted after 13 months.
- Browser and device recognition records are deleted 13 months after they were last seen. If an account is blocked, the browsers and devices it used stay blocked for as long as the block lasts.
- Chats and voice-call transcripts are kept until I delete them or you ask me to. There is no automatic deletion yet.
- Your sign-in details are kept for as long as your account exists.
- Bookings are kept until I delete them or you ask me to, so I can manage past and upcoming calls. They stay even if your account is deleted; email me to have them removed.
- If your data is deleted, cost counters are kept without your name.
Your choices
Email me and I will show you what I have about you, or delete it. I can remove your account together with your chats from the back office; deleting your account also deletes the visits and clicks linked to it.
Changes
If I change this page, I update the date at the top. When I change the note you accept in the chat, you’ll be asked to accept it again.
